With the Primer City App (PCA) you can:
1. Receive announcements regarding immediate issues that will affect the community (e.g. cancellation of classes or work, evacuation from hazards, reminders etc.)
2. Easily access your government service hotlines and contact details.
3. Be informed of the projects the government is doing and what they are planning for the betterment of the community.
